I am afriad i am new to this, so please don't shout too loud at me !I installed the excellent TCAS Gauge today by Lee, but I cant get it to work, although I have double checked the installation procedure, and the dll files are in the main FS folder (not modules) as advised. I am flying using a POSKY B767 and the cfg file was merged (?) when I installed it last year. I have therefore copied and pasted the changes required to the panel.cfg file. The panel works fine, but I cant get Lee's file to show up I can see the gauge on the panel surrounded by a light grey surround (?), but I cant see how to activate it.Can anybody very kindly tell me how to do this in very simple words please. Many thanksBest Wishes,ChrisEGBB

Thanks, Mark. And do the same thing with the transponder gauge entry. The way you had things, you had commented out the original gauges and then put my gauges on the same comment line. That is, FS wasn't seeing my gauges at all.Lee Hetherington, PP-ASEL (KBED)

Many Thanks Lee, Mark and Gosta. Your help is much appreciated. I am glad to report that the TCAS is working, and is marvellous !!Although Gosta, the // lines presumably need to be presumably in the first line of the entries for the gauges to work.Once again, many thanks Best Wishes,ChrisEGBB

I am glad you're in business. If I knew how to write a fancy installer that would edit your panel.cfg file, I would. However, due to any pre-existing edits you might already have, that could be rather difficult, and my beta testers thought it could lead to even more questions/problems down the road.Lee Hetherington, PP-ASEL (KBED)

Hi Chris,>Although Gosta, the // lines presumably need to be presumably in the first line of the entries for the gauges to work.;). The '//' will comment out anything in the line that follows. What I didn't notice was, that you had both the PIC VSI and the TCAS gauges in the same line. So, you really want to comment out the old gauge and put the TCAS in a new line without the '//'.Cheers,Gosta.http://www.hifisim.com/images/as2betateam.jpg
