January 13, 200521 yr Bonjour Tord,Nice to have such precised data about FMC.I don't know the 777/PEGASUS software, is it FS 9 compatible ? Where to find it please ?Which Airbus style you mean ??Which plane ??I have problem with automatic throttle in Airbus style.I am used to Boeing : PIC 767, RFP 747 V2,PMDG 737NG.PeterBAW0360
January 13, 200521 yr Bonjour Peter,Just to clarify, everything I mention is regarding the real FMC software so there may be differences from the LevelD features (not that I expect any differences in this particular area). The FMC software/hardware that Boeing uses in their FMCs have developed over the years and the major versions are called different names such as PIP or Pegasus. The Boeing 767/747/and 777 aircraft families software are mostly similar but very different from the 737 family. The variants have nothing to do with FS9 whatsoever. If you are interested in really learning about the 767/747/777 FMC I can recommend a book that is called "Big Boeing FMC User's Guide" by Bill Bulfer. A very interesting read and not too pricey. In the Airbus equivalent of the Route page you /Tord Hoppe, Sweden
