hello be what tcdview functions with fs2002

It fixes an *.mdl file problem from earlier sims so they can be used in fs2002. It cannot be used on *.mdl files made with GMAX.http://www.tcdsoft.de/

It also can't be used on most models with animated parts, regardless of sim version.
