Having got the initial HOW TO'S as far as flying basics and flighing a route using a .rte file downloaded into the FMC, i am now trying to learn how to use SDS/STARS procedures. I have downloaded and installed PROCIO6 but do not have a clue how to import and install the many SIDS/STARS available for the airport departures and arrivalsinto the FMC. I have searched and cannot find anywhere, any litarature on how to do this. Does anybody know where i can find this. I realize i might appear a complete dummy but if somebody could humour me i would really appreciate it.Thanks in advance, Dick.
