I registered for VatSim yesterday and worked through lots of FAQs, tutorials, etc. but am still somewhat confused about EXACTLY which files go where. I have both FS 2002 and 2004 installed. Should I set up FS 2002 for VatSim and hold off on 2004 or...?I do understand that either will work but want to get started with a minimum of tinkering. My online experience is limited to four years of Warbirds using Roger Wilco and Teamspeak. If someone will list and briefly describe the files needed I will be greatful. Some of those mentioned in tutorials ( such as Whazzup (sp?)) I couldn't find. Thanks again.

You needFSUIPC.DLL in Modules folder (both FSs) - If you do not but it make sure you register SquawkBox in there, otherwise controllers will not see you correcly. More info in Peter's forum.http://www.schiratti.com/SBRelay for FS2004http://www.chocolatesoftware.com/sbrelay/Read carefully instructions withinHostSB.exe (or SBHost as a DLL in modules folder) to host (visually) the SquawkBox program.http://www.vatsim.net/downloads.htmlSquawkBox 2.3.5 in its folder (irrelevant to FS2002 or 2004 location). With FS2002 you join an already FS hosted MP session whereas with FS2004 you tun SBRelay and join that session with SB and FS as if they were other MP players.http://www.vatsim.net/downloads.htmlRogerWilco not later version than MkId3 (they are incompatible) for voice. This is the most stable version :http://www.vatsim-uk.org/download-files/rw...2_mk1c_mod1.zipMake sure you set it up for SLOW MODEM connection regardless of your actual connection speed.I suggest you that you also update your CSL aircraft library.http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/seang1/csl/Very soon all of your above troubles will be over with upcoming http://www.squawkbox.ca/ and http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~serio/vc/How about Navigating ?Have you tried http://www.fsnavigator.com ?Kyprianos Biris :-cool[link:avsim.com/greece/hvacc]Hellenic vACChttp://vateud.org/images/vatsim-eurs.gifhttp://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...tor=OD1&a=a.jpg
