Occurs on some machines. Does it happen using SBhost.exe too?

hi,i am also getting this problem.whne i try to connect im getting this same error.but if i try outside of fs2002 using the hostsb it works fine.what could be the problem.and i am trying it in windowed mode.glen

I am not sure what to tell you Graig. Other that going back through the installation documents for squawkbox and making sure there is not something that needs to be done differently. I even have that happen on my system occasionally but it usually seems to happen when I try to start Squawkbox too quickly after starting FS or the FS Multiplayer session. Has it always been this way for you or did it start sometime after upgrading other software (i.e. FSUIPC)?Wish I could help more,Mike
