Anyway to add AI traffic while flying with SB and Vatsim?

Sorry if this is a really obvious questions, but I was just curious if theres anyway to fly with AI traffic etc while using Squawkbox and Vatsim etc? I often fly in and out of airports that have no 'live' flyers, and would like to enhance the experience if possible with regular traffic like I have in offline mode. I have MyTraffic2004 installed for offline AI traffic.Thanks in advance,Jeremy
