When I enter my VATSIM ID and password in AVC, it says they are incorrect. What is wrong?Thanks- pwapilot

Hello Mr. unknown,there are three things to obeye:1) You must be connected to VATSIM with squawkbox before joining a voice channel with AVC2) Your AVC callsign must match your squawkbox callsign EXACTLY3) AVC might not be recognizing your squawkbox connection during a "network split", which is a network malfunction.
