Hi GavBased on my experience the areas manned most often in VATUSA seem to be LA, Atlanta, and Chicago. Others that are still manned semi often are Cleveland, Miami, Jacksonville, New York, and Boston. As far as outside of the US, I know there are several sectors in the UK and Ireland that usually have staffing as well. VATCAN seems to have Toronto and a few other FIR's usually staffed well up in Canada. Hope this helps.
