Is there a schedule somewere of when the centers will be manned? I really like to fly in the Virginia area and would be a great help if I knew when Washington Center was going to be online. I know these airports pretty well and have sectionals and approch plates for these. Thanks.

Hello,VATSIM Europe has moved ahead with an ATC schedule system called "Eurobook". Eurobook is accessible via the third button in Servinfo, and it can be easily integrated into websites. While Eurobook started (as the name implies) in Europe, several US ARTCCs are already using it. So the best you can do is to look into Eurobook and to inquire at your local ARTCC to become a part of it.
