Thanks everyone thats helped I am now on line and listening to whats going on. But some ATC I can hear ok, others are broken up so you can only hear every other syllable. Is this me ( a wrong sound setting) or is it them?

This is a hard one to call, open up AVC if you look on the tab where you can set your sound device, try the other one listed, that helps some times.
