Hi, guys. After trying to connect to VATSIM numerous times and failing every single time, I came here for help. I follow what is the text-book example of how to get on VATSIM, with SBRELAY, Squawkbox, etc. and everything goes perfectly, I see the window that says 'Click here to get into the action' and I click that and that works, but when I get into SB Host, that's the problem. I put on Squawk standby and everything, and send the flightplan, but when I click the button that says ok to the box that has your VATSIM ID and password, and other things like what server to connect to, etc. It always says that there's an error, that either the VATSIM ID or password is incorrect. I've double, triple, quadruple checked my password, had it sent a few times by VATSIM, and it still doesn't work with SB Host. But, I can login to VATSIM with that ID and password. What's wrong?

I was having the exact same problem as above, tried what you said, but it still doesn't work. My servinfo. doesn't seem to be working either. It says the network info. is unavalible or something. Any answers here? P.S - I've made sure my username and password are correct.

Servinfo has been down most of the day today (Sat Nov 5)But the servers are up.Can you give me any more info on your problem?

The problem is I can't connect to any of the servers through SB. I've tried every region, and the update thing, but everytime I get "Invaild Callsign or Password" immediately after I try to connect to a network. I live in Canada, and I noticed there are no servers for Canada right now. Could this be the problem? Is your membership associated with a specific server?

Nope I live in Canada as well, about an hour east of Toronto.Take a look at www.vatsim.net/prc read the 103 docs make sure you have not missed anything.If you have a router you may need to open a few ports

Ok then. I live an hour south of TO. I went by the 103 docs to get set up, and I've referenced them since. My internet connection is through a wireless network, but my computer isn't hooked up to a router, It's hooked up to a node. Would that make a difference?

My problem was solved thanks to those new server lists... I had to try one of the other servers, since one of them didn't work, but now it works! Thanks!
