November 19, 200421 yr Hi Guys, As the subject says, just 2 silly questions I was wondering about.1. When I signed up for VATSIM about 2 weeks ago,I signed up to the Europe/UK region. Does this mean I can only fly and converse with controllers in that region or am I able to fly anywhere I want and be able to converse with controllers all around the world??2.I've ordered a CH Flight Sim Yoke (my 1st step on the road to a more realistic experience) and was wondering....I realise that in Roger Wilco you have to press a key on your keyboard to transmit.......yup.....you all know whats coming.....are you able to configure one of the many buttons on the yoke to transmit in Roger Wilco instead of using the keyboard. Many thanks for your time and patience with my silly questions.Respect,Kimbers.
November 19, 200421 yr Hello Kimbers,1. Nope, you can fly everywhere you want to fly. The assignment is only for the case that you want to become an ATC.2. Yes, that Cheers, Martin Georg/EDDF Contributing editor, FS-Magazin
