February 11, 200323 yr Looks like someone is taking the initiative to have PCB's made professionly for the FSBUS system. Depending on how many people get together the costs should keep getting lower. Looks like cost will be about $8 a board.[http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/DCForumID12/230.html]
February 12, 200323 yr That sounds very tempting, how many people would you need to get such a price??? Would soldering to the board be any difficult?? Don't know much about electronics but this is great to start flying a bit, count me in and if you can mail me
February 12, 200323 yr Looks like the group buy in that thread is going to be manufactured in the UK. I don't know where you're all from, but if you're in the US, there are a couple US PCB manufacturers listed further down in the thread. They are:http://www.pcbnet.com/(5 pieces of 2-layer for $15 each; includes tooling, mask, and silk screen!)andhttp://www.e-fabpcb.com/Peter http://bfu.avsim.net/sigpics/PeterR.gifBFU Forums Moderator

http://bfu.avsim.net/sigpics/logo75t.gifBush Flying Unlimited"At home in the wild"Looking for adventure? February 17, 200323 yr Hi,I currently have 4 people (including myself) placing orders, and those prices I originally quoted were for just me. There is a possibility that the price will decrease with quantity. As for the US, one of the guys is from the US, and I think I estimated (very roughly) that postage would be about $12 but don't quote me on that!!If you are interested, then please email me with your requirements and I'll see what I can do. I will be placing the order very soon so be quick!CheersChris
