March 4, 200323 yr This question usually surfaces about once a year, with perhaps 4 or 5 respondents.. then quickly dies out...I suspect very few of us have a genuine interest in 'Who was the first', but more of a 'What are the dimensions of this part...?' bent...besides.. that link has way too much advertising and I certainly don't want to install ANYTHING that I didn't ask for in the first place....-ray Ray S.
