Go down to your local automotive paint dealer or hobby shop and buy a can of lens tinter. Tamiya make a small can and it works great. These lenses on the aircraft are called dead fronts. When using the lense tinter dont make the mistake of trying to make the lense as dark as you see in the pics. These aircraft switches use a number of small but powerful lightbulbs to illuminate and normal leds that we use wont give you the effect your looking for if you make the lense too dark.CheersGaz
