Andrew,Take a look at the simpit links page on my site. Some of the sites have pictures with details of their throttles. (Unfortunately, I can't recall which ones, so you'll have a bit of looking to do.) Also take a look at the links page. Scroll down to the the throttle quad section. Some are commercial sites, some are project sites. Both should give you some ideas. Finally, take a look at Flightsim.com "How to..." section.
