Hi all, to make it short, when I click 'Host' in the MP window FS immediately vanishes. You know, if that lil' smiley down there was my FS, and the UFO is my Host button... :-lol Ya know what I mean... Just NO idea why. If you're in full screen mode, the chat window will disappear once you launch a MP session. If you simply hit enter, it will bring it back up... If you run FS in windowed mode, the chat window will overlay the FS panel and view....-John

Thanks for the reply, but not the chat window vanishes but the whole sim. I've had this happen when joining an odd session...not when hosting though. Are you running any type of firewall, or virus scanner which may be scanning web traffic?-John

Uhmmm no, no virus scanner, but maybe the default WinXP firewall... This is worth a try, I'll tell you if it works when I disable it.
