Looking at using 3 monitors

Featured Replies

Been there done that....My system is using different LCD monitors for the instrument panels. If I load in full screen mode or save a flight, the instument panel window defaults to the top two monitors. It seems to be related to the Windows 2000 drivers for the two different monitors. I modified my web site to state that 'on some systems'.

I also use different resolution monitors for main 3D display and instruments but... I don't use Win2K :-). The problem here seems to be the O/S. I also use same-manufacturer cards (Nvidia) so that I minimize driver "clash".

I've spent hours and hours trying different configurations and came to the conclusion that it's a combination of W2000 and or the drivers for the second set of monitors. It's not a major problem since I usually pick one aircraft to fly a session, so once I set up the screens I don't have any other issues. Thanks for all the feedback......
