December 21, 200619 yr I was going to use a keyboard encoder in my sim, but have a question. The switches would need to be momentary on (if i understand correctly), How can I use a switch that is on-off instead of (mom)on-off? This would also effect the gear lever as I was going to use a locking on-off-on switch! Thanks for the help!
December 22, 200619 yr If you want to use a standard keyboard and connect toggle (on/off) switches to it, you need a toggle to momentory circuit inbetween. A simple solution can be found at http://www.simprojects.nl/toggle_to_momentary.htm Rgds Roland

IOCards (www.opencockpits.com) or SimBoards (http://www.flightdecktechnology.com/products/SIM-boards) or Simkits (www.Simkits.com) IO board etc..//Tuomas
December 27, 200619 yr I am also facing the same problem with my DC3 cockpit. Flight Deck Technologu do a nifty piece of kit. Perhaps a little expensive but it looks like its a "Plug and Play" module. http://www.flightdecktechnology.com/detail/SIM-boards
