July 1, 200718 yr A question... How to do to adjust the brightness of a screen which has been stripped. I explained. In a real cockpit you may ajust the britghness via a pot just below the PFD/ND... So for the PDF/ND I will strip a TFT of his framework and will place it behind the two perforations of the PFD/ND. But I would like to be able to adjust the brightness of this screen with the assistance of a potentiometer... and not via the electronic menu of the screen. I hope to be clear and most that there is a way to do that with either IOcard or.... Thank you for your answers, Construire ses rêves! http://www.sim-737ng.com/
July 2, 200718 yr I would posit that the best way is for the PFD/ND software to do it for you.Either through an FSUIPC offset, or a keyboard command, you should be able to adjust the brightness of the display. (...and any interface should be able to generate the necessary commands)What software are you using?Ray Sotkiewiczwww.EllieSystems.com Ray S. Check out my aviation portfolio: http://scottshangar.net
