How to fix reverse problem ? i'd tried everything !!!

Featured Replies

Hi I'm using Virtual Pilot Pro and i can't set power to 0 with throttle.Because off this i can't reverse engines. they want they don't want etc etc ...I'd tried to calibrate throttle with fsuipc with a lot off combination without succes.I'd tried to add null zone with sensitivity without succes too.The only thing i'm remember it's working is to change value in fs2002.cfg in line : axis_throttle and something else but i don't remember and this line doesn't appear in my fs2002.cfg.Can somebody help me ?Bibendum

Download and install FSUIPC.dll. Read the user's guide on joystick calibration and calibrate your joystick with the instructions provided.

HiThanks a lot. With documentation, i'd found command line to change in FS2002.cfg. All working in perfection now.It was this line : AXIS_EVENT_06=AXIS_THROTTLE_SETAXIS_SCALE_06=135 <--- i'd changed this value (old value was 127)AXIS_NULL_06=3Thanks a lot againBibendum

I never realized before that I could back the airplane up with reverse thrusters till I downloaded the Firefox. Hit the reversers on that one and she backed up all the way down the runway so I could takeoff again. Gotta check that aircraft cfg file to see what's set where so I can change that on other aircraft. Xplane is that way and what a neat feature it is. Hope I can make it that way for all the heavies in FS.
