Airnav Systems Service is non existent

The Airnav Systems ACARS Decoder crashes and I wrote [email protected] at once. With 13 days remaining of my 30 day trial, still no help from Airnav Systems!Airnav Suite 4 only displays a few flights crossing the atlantic, when using Internet update, no flights in Europe is present. In the advertising materiel flights in Europe is shown. All You can do is Register and PAY!NO contact with Airnav is possible, registration is through REGSOFT who has nothing to do with the software.As long as they can not help me make it work, No way I am going to shell out $70 of my hard earned Dole to them.I think You should warn Your users about the non existent Service from Airnaw Systems..Thank You for a very good Internet site.
