Hi, i ordered on the 8th as well, and after several emails they fianlly got back to me saying that on that day the company that processes orders had a problem and that we need to order again - go figure, better not be any charges to my visa or else i'll be really ticked. just about had it with Wilco and the way they treat their customers, think i'm going to pass on the product and spend my money elsewhere.
