In Flight planner - any way to set a way point where there is none? Is there any way to delete a flight plan in the FS2002 flight planner?Is there a single button that might accidently disconnect the throttles!! No - you must be on one of the points on the map for the read line to stay. You could use an external planner, such as, FSNav, NAV3.1, Super Flight Planner. They have the capability of placing WayPoints by various methods, e.g., LAT/LON.No - Not within Flight Planner.
