Any chance you can optimise your jpgs? I mean come on 200k on a dialup is a bit extreme.I wouldn't even consider going to the site if your announcements are so big - I suggest smaller graphics - or at least optimise them, without even trying I got the image down to 51k with no real visible difference.

Sorry - I'm more a GA pilot - using PSP you should be able to save optimised as well, I do it in either ACDSee, or Photoshop.
