September 13, 200223 yr Hey everybody, I've got a quick question for you all. I have both the standard and professional editions of FS. Anyway, I had to re-install FS pro on my system after a crash. Anyway, when I first installed it, I had no problems. Now when I try to install it, I get a message that says something about a setup error. I checked the cd, and there are no visual defects of any sort. My question is this....I bought the game about four or five mos. ago, so taking it back is out of the question I think, so what do I need to do to get a new cd? Do I write to Microsoft and explain the situation to them and request a new cd, or do you think that I'll have to buy a new cd? If I have to buy a new cd, how do I go about doing this? Any input would be greatly appreciated.Matt
September 13, 200223 yr Author What is the error? You say you had a crash! A system crash or fs2002 crash? If a system crash, did you reinstall your operating system. If so, what OS, Win98 or WinXP?Give more details of your system and how you recovered from the crash. What drivers you installed for controller chips, graphics card, and sound. Bill Sieffert
