TexAir Needs Pilots & Staff

We recently underwent a massive restructuring to include six new hubs and a cargo fleet. During this time, we lost a lot of pilot activity, which was to be expected. Now that our project is finally complete, we've been trying to fly & fill the gaps, but the fact is there just aren't enough of us around to do it. We are looking to hire as many pilots as we can, as well as fill a lot of staff positions.PilotsWe can hire pilots of any experience level. We have aircraft & ranks for each level of the flight sim enthusiast. New pilots can start out with us flying our commuter & regional routes, Texpress!, in our E120s & CRJ7s. More experienced pilots can fly our lower mainline routes in our MD83s & B737s. Then there's our larger fleet for the generals around, ranging from the B752 to the B744. We do not require checkrides and will transfer 100% of a pilot's previous hours on VATSIM or with another virtual airline with provided evidence. New hires can also select one of our seven great hubs across the US: KAUS, KDEN, KEWR, KLAS, KMSP, KPDX, KTPA. We use VAFS so pilots have the cadillac of ACARS-type systems to file their pireps. We only require one flight a month to remain active, with a fourteen day probationary status for new hires. Best of all, we are like a family of pilots more than a company. We welcome all types!Hub DirectorsWe're in need of a few more Hub Directors to maintain our pilots and enforce our SOP. Current openings include KAUS, KDEN, & KPDX (check the job listing below to confirm it's still open). We require at least 250 previous flight hours with VA management skills preferred for these positions.
