Hello,I would recommend you check out MidContinent Airlines at http://www.midconair.com/. Flights are not only assigned, but all flights recieve FAA Part-121 compliant dispatches. The focus is on extremely realistic operations, and they do quite a good job. They have an excellent automated ACARS system, but you don't have to fly online if you don't want to (although if you do the ACARS system features live communications with flight dispatch). I personally fly the 757/767 series, but they also operate the A320, A330, and B737-200/300/400. If you're not so big on the ultra-realistic approach, I would look at Meridian Airlines at http://www.flymeridian.com/. Although I don't fly for them much anymore (a few B1900 flights here and there), I think they'd meet your criteria. At Meridian, you get to pick I believe up to 10 flights at a time to be assigned. They have a great website and like MidCon there is total automation, but still a great community and very friendly people. They fly the 737, 757, 767, 777, Beech 1900D, CRJ, and Dash 8. I personally think these are two of the best that meet your criteria. Anyway, good luck with your search :-)Regards,Marc Gibson

Another good one is Northwest Virtual Airlines http://www.nwva.orgAll real-world flights... assigned... real-world livery... outstanding training program. Although the web site isn't the slickest looking, you get lots of personal attention with regard to any questions/issues... no automated anything!Good luck in your search!Alex M.

Hi, why not pay a visit to Eastern Virtual Airlines. We fly to destinations all over America, and we also have hubs in the UK and Australia. Our fleet is large, covering a nice variety of types. Flights are assigned by our hub managers, and online flight is optional. Lessons for this are provided for the newcomer, and we also provide ATC online. We pride ourselves on being very professional, and help is always available for any problems or questions you may have.Feel free to drop in anytime www.evair.comJustin ReedEVA Public Relations
