Control problem with Mike Stones 727

Howdy all,I took the 727 for a flight last night from Dallas to Atlanta. Sorry, I don't know the name of the panel designer, but it's the one that was made especially for MS's 727 - the one with the 10 numbered buttons for ATC and the realistic autopilot. Everything was going fine, I had climbed to cruise altitude and set the AP to hold. I was in a bit of hurry so I accelerated time to 8x for a while. Then turned the AP off and followed ATC instructions to descend. About the time I was told to turn to intercept the ILS the plane started to bank to the left like it was on AP. I couldn't control it at all. I brought up the AP window and confirmed it was turned off. The plane kept banking and augured in a little while later. I run that AutoSave utility so it reset me to 2 minutes before the crash, and everything seemed to be back to normal. It flew ok for about another minute and then did the same bank to the left and crash. I kept doing this until I eventually got it on the ground, but before I could get it stopped it had veered off the runway, completely out of control again.I've flown a lot in this sim and this is the first time I've seen this. Has anyone else had this happen, especially with this plane? Any ideas what it was, or how to correct it?

Well, I'll just bump this once. If no takers I'll assume it's just me.
