March 26, 200323 yr When I signed up for this forum, I requested that I be notified if I get a response. I have been getting a few notifications on the subject I posted; BUT, I cannot find anything! I click a address that says a message I'm watching has been posted. Above that, it says I have no new messages. Where can I find my original message?I guess this means that no one has written me directly, is that right? I wrote about problems with the autopilot on the b52h2k2.But no response about the autopilot problem. Is there a way to set this forum up that if I get a direct email---then I would be notified? Thank you for your time...
March 28, 200323 yr Jon, first I notice your post has the Guest icon next to your name which indicates you are not logged in. Most of the special features of the forum require you to be logged in. With that said, when you check the box in a topic to be notified, the forum simply emails you anytime someone posts a reply to that thread whether it is specifically to you are not. In fact, the exact thing that checkbox states is this, "Subscribe to this topic to receive email notification when a new message is submitted". It has nothing to do with a submission specifically to you. If someone sends you an email directly through the forum, you will receive that email directly from them. Hopefully that answers you question. If not, I misunderstood your question.
