I downloaded and installed WeatherMaker which appeared to go well.I got installation successful but on clicking on the little cloud exe I get "Component mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependants is not correctly registered. A file is missing or invalid"Any ideas?ThanksPeter

The file should be in your Windowssystem32 folder. Did the download information indicate you needed to have the Microsoft.NET program installed? If so, visit your friendly Windows Update site and install it.
