Hi allSorry about the post, you are probably getting bored to the back teeth about FPS/Graphics card issues! However i value your combined opinion on such things so i thought i might ask...I have a low/midrange machine (AMD Athlon 1700) , and want to get the maximum out of Flightsim 2004..At the moment I have a GeForce 2 64Mb so obviously my flightsim experience is good but limited...I am thinking about getting an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro, it seems to be a solid card, or should i stay away from it at all costs? Im no expert! I dont really want to shell out loads on a card when im being limited by my processer speed....What do you all think? Many thanks

Good speed. But, I think I may try out the Ti4600 from GE, b/c I am not getting any fog or clouds between the mountains and the flickering on a lot of things drives me crazy sometimes. I will report back next Tuesday, as I have not used the 4600 with fs9. I am thinking of buying the 9600 Pro aswell. Should i buy it? The one i am thinking of buying has AGP x8 , 128 MB DDR SDRAM. Will it improve my performance with FS? My PC's specs are AMD Athlon ,1.2ghz ,768mb ddr ram ,Geforce 2 gts 32mb , 60gb hard drive .
