A question regarding the Captain Sim Forum

Featured Replies

Good afternoon, I wonder if you folks monitor any of the FS related Forums? There are a number of them so it is possible that you simply don't have the time. If you take a peak at the Captain Sim forum I think you might be somewhat amazed at what is really going on in that forum. It is, undoubtedly, simply a sales pitch for Captain Sim's upcoming releases. That in itself is no big issue but in almost all cases the Captain Sim Support Group simply does not respond to any question clearly intended for them. Yet, this is the forum that Captain Sim claims is the proper place for asking questions that need responses from Captain Sim. If one asks a question via email, as Captain Sim allegedly states in one of his rare responses to a post, the email is either kicked back or simply ignored. Approximately 80% of the first page of that forum is nothing but glorification, in a sense, of their proposed products which are not yet released. Any post requesting their response, as you will find out if you take a glance at the postings, is simply ignored no matter what the Captain says. You will be able to deduce this yourself. The Captain Sim Forum is totally unlike the forums you have in that specific grouping. Radar Contact, Flight Deck Companion, Active Sky and MAAM have truly outstanding service by answering almost every question, addressed to them, that is posted. Is there any way you could possibly nudge the CS Group on this matter? They indeed do diminish the reputation not only of those vendors who respond but of the AVSIM FORUMS itself.Thank YouBlais Klucznik
