September 28, 200223 yr Hi,Recently I installed a Geforce4 Ti4600 (128MB) on my system (AMD 1Ghz, 512MB).I know that the CPU was and still is the bottleneck, but I wonder what graphical processes are taken care of by the Ti4600 (and thus less by the CPU), so I can increase some sliders/settings without a severe hit on the framerate:T&LMip MappingAAMulti TexturingFilteringReflectionsShadowsTexture QualityEffects DetailExtended Terrain TexturesTerrain Detail TexturesThanks for your help. September 28, 200223 yr Well I am not a tech but the things you listed are about all handled by the graphics adaptor. You should keep your hands away frm stuff like scenery density, mesh and autogen as these are mainly processor related.Alex
