Tom & Team,I have been following you tribulations concerning your hardware problems and just wanted to say that all the background work you are completing to resolve these issues are wholly respected and appreciated. Naturally there are those who display impatience, (perhaps even a lack of understanding) but the vast majority of us know how much work (and resources) these issues are demanding from you.Keep up the good work, guys, and take all the time you need and, once again, many thanks for all your hard work.Regards,Andrew Tingle
