Possible Article Re: Latest on Crash to Desk Top Problem

Hi:I have been a user of your web site for about a year now. I, like many others out there, have had an ongoing "crash to desktop" problem; though, admittedly, my difficulties have tappered off somewhat. I have hunted for a solution through the various forums. Unfortunately, too often there are terms used which I don't understand, or other threads assume certain knowledge which I lack. Any possibility of having someone with experience about this problem write an article or the like about the latest information about this glitch and possible solutions. I would be willing to assist, but I really don't have the technical expertise with Flight Simulator.(P.S. I've misplaced my user ID and password for the Avsim forums.
