DO not exercise them too much Mike ,because the options may need a gental lead into the exercise so as not to cause any permenant damage ,especialy if they are not used to doing the exercise ,just my opinion !Or Bring your options to me and we can exercise them together ?Alpha xxxxxxxxx

If these are stock options you are considering exercising, then I recommend holding them, as the markets appear to be recovering.
