Featured Replies

Hi all FS fans,I have a GF4 440 MX, i am disappointed from it, it really work ##### with fs. so i understood that the ti4200 series is working well.is it good? do you get reflections and detailed ground textures? menus and all working fine?Cheerz, Aviel

Woops!i havent noticed what i typed, sorry about the language. another word for what is written in the "####" -very very bad.Cheerz, Aviel

Yep, been using a Gainward Ti4200 128mb "Gold Sample" for about 2 months now. The only problem I have had is fairly well documented. When running 1024x768 with 4x Anti Aliasing the text in FS2002 flight (not the menus) is a bit "wierd". Still quite readable but not very crisp. Other than that it's been awesome. No lockups, no performance problems, running great. Using the 40.41 drivers with XP Home SP1.

The Ti4200 is great. Diffenitly grab one. Some have even overclocked to Ti4600 speeds.Ryan-Flightpro08 :-cool VATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Controller 1 (C-1)SAN TRACON Lead [link:www.taxiwaysigns.com]Taxiwaysigns.com Scenery Designerhttp://members.cox.net/santracon/images/san_logo.jpg-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 30.30 Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition SP1*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 11298

I'm running a MSI GF4ti4200 and it looks fine, the text with anti-aliasing is bad, but I think

Ulisses To get the maximum 3DMark results be sure both the FSAA and anisotropic filtering are turned off. Using either one will really lower your score. And if they are both in use, the score will be cut in half (or more).TripNorthwood 2.2a at 2.72Ghz Abit TH7II-R512MB Samsung 40ns PC800Gainward 64MB GF4 Ti4200 300/57040.71's DX8.1 WinXP ProInwin case / Enermax 431W PSU3DMark2001SE = 13223http://service.madonion.com/compare?2k1=4569591
