October 21, 200223 yr I installed Airane's Aeroflot GMAX aircraft not too long ago. No problem there....but recently my Flight Simulator 2002 has been acting funny. When I go to select an aircraft before flying, the resolution of the model is very poor. This is translated when I go to actually fly the aircraft. It happens for all aircraft! The funny thing is, is that when I pause the program the resolution of the a/c returns to its expected clarity. Like I said, this only happend after I installed the Ariane product. What is causing this problem...and how do I fix it???
October 21, 200223 yr Sounds to me more like video card driver issues. I had this sort of problem that my textures even on aircraft would go from clear and crisp to blurry. When I upgraded my video card that fixed the problem for me. I am using the Ariane Gmax 737-300 and no texture issues all looks great :)John http://www.flagball.com/~jthomas/dfsig02e.jpg JetLine Systems Gravity GT2-Windows 10 Home Edition (64-Bit), NZXT H500 Mid-Tower, Black, Gigabyte Aorus Z390 PRO WIFI, LGA 1151, Intel 9th Gen Core i9 9900K (5.0GHz Turbo) 8 Core / 16 Thread, Corsair Hydro H60 120mm Liquid Cooling, 32GB Corsair DDR4 SDRAM 3000MHz RGB, 12GB Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070, GDDR6, 750 Watt Corsair RM Series Power Supply, 5.1 Channel Realtek Integrated HD Audio, Primary SSD Drive:1TB Samsung 970 EVO, M.2 NVMe PCIe (SSD), Secondary SSD Drive:2TB Samsung 970 EVO, M.2 NVMe PCIe (SSD) 4TB WD Black 7200 RPM Mechanical , SimOn Solutions 737 Professional Compact Trainer (MIP, OH). October 21, 200223 yr Ariane's installation kit doesn't modify or change FS in any way. But the model resolution issue, if not caused by drivers, may be caused by the texture slider in Aircraft display settings being too low. Also, I ran into this issue when I was running a 16 meg Voodoo card. The issue vanished when I switched to a 64 meg GeForce 2...-John
