What would you go with: 1280x1024 @ 85mhz or 1600 x 1200 @ 76mhz? Thanks

I'd choose the 1600 x 1200. The higher the resolution, the sharper your gauges/text etc will appear, and at 76 mhz refresh rate, you won't see any flicker. I regularly fly Oleksiy Frolov's Dash-8 300. People say that the text on the gauges is hard to read, but at 1600 x 1200, I find it perfectly clear and readable.

Well, for starters...if you're going to go with a 1280 resolution - go for 1280x960 so your screen's aspect ratio stays proportional. Secondly, I think you will find that you can dispense with FSAA at 1600x1200. Alot of the newer cards are able to handle these high resolutions with great efficiency for less than what it would cost you to run with FSAA (although, I would point out that for GF4 users, FSAA performance is *markedly* improved in the 41.03 drivers w/ Aggressive settings enabled - I am now able to run 4xS with only minimal impact to FPS).Anyway...if you want to turn on some of your card's other bells and whistles (like Anistropic Filtering) I recommend you go for the higher resolution, dispense with FSAA, and put your card's horse power to work boosting image quality.Cheers,J
