November 3, 200223 yr I found an absolutely stunning panel with a burlwood dash for the Beech Staggerwing that was originally designed for FS2000.I just downloaded the FS2K2 Staggerwing as repainted by Heather, and I noted that the VC shows a burlwood dash as well. So I figure this FS2000 panel would be perfect. But it's over 5 mgs in size and with a 56K dial up modem, I thought I'd ask before spending the time. Thanks in advance.-Lindy :-wave
November 3, 200223 yr Probably, you'll just have to try it. I have several FS2000 panels and have even used at least two from FS98..JamesJ
November 3, 200223 yr 5megs + 56Kmodem = roughly 10mins average download timeI would say, "What are you waiting for? Go for it!"Cheers,Mike :-wave
November 3, 200223 yr Thanks, James. It was such a stunning panel, I went ahead and got it. Installed it and except for a few anomolies, it works great!-Lindy :-wave
November 3, 200223 yr Try closer to a half hour. :-eekBut I did get it. It's beautiful, except for a couple of oddities. I certainly do plan to keep it. It's a wonderful complement to Heather's spectacular BFU livery for the plane.-Lindy :-wave
November 3, 200223 yr Depends on the gauges and programming used. Some gauges from FS2k work perfectly fine in FS2k2, but other won't work at all. You kind of just have to try it and see.Ryan-Flightpro08 :-cool VATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Senior Controller (C-3)SAN TRACON Lead [link:www.taxiwaysigns.com|Taxiwaysigns.com] Scenery Designer-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 30.30 Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition SP1*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 11298-----------------------------Click [link:ftp.avsim.com/library/esearch.php?DLID=&Name=&FileName=&Author=Ryan+Fretwell&CatID=Root]Here to Download my New American Eagle POSKY CRJ-200!
