November 6, 200223 yr Just listened to my Gatwick (EGKK) ATC approach freq. and i've heard one pilot using the callsign "Shamarock". Which airline does this represent?CheersWill
November 6, 200223 yr Well, the pilots do need constant reminder too. Why else do they have such a big shamrock painted on the tail?
November 6, 200223 yr Thanks for the info guys...You can proberly notice that i don't exactly follow the Irish airlines.I just generally concentrate on saying "G-HM" for this moment in time hehe.It will sure come in handy when i'm on final approach into an international airport so at least i have an idea of what a.c / airline is behind.
