XP Force Feedback and FS2002

Recommended Posts

I'm kind of doubtful whether I'll get any responses to this, but here it goes anyway.I'm running XP Pro with the Sidewinder FF2, in FS2002. I get forces just fine on takeoff, and feel the gear up/down and wind forces but nada on landing. I don't understand how the landing could not work and yet takeoff (and taxiing) does, but there you have it.Unfortunately, landing is where force feedback would help the most. I should mention that I'm mostly flying the Cessna float plane -- FF is definitely plane specific, as one plane I downloaded shook so hard on takeoff I had to disable FF just to fly it (the OV-10). It doesn't matter if I land on water or land, still no FF. I assume there are plane parameters somewhere -- is it conceivable they just forgot to including landing as part of the FF for this plane?(Actually, I just have a hunch its something to do with XP, but I was praying for some kind of easy fix...)

Same problem here, so I just bump it in the hope, some kind soul might know the answer (I suspect it might be related to the dead spot).Cheers,Gosta.
