Using a Notebook + Desktop in FS2002

Featured Replies

Hello peepsI would appreciate some help with this one I have a notebook that I would like to hook up to my desktop and use in conjuction with FS2002. Iwas thinking about using one for the panels and the other for say an outside view map etc.I have both machines networked succesfully but cant for the life of me figure out how to use 2 computers for one flight.Any feedback would be glady appreciated.Kindest ReagrdsMuzz

Since each computer is driving its own graphics, you would need WideView http://www.wideview.it.If your desktop had either a dual headed graphics card or two graphics cards installed, you could use one computer to run the primary display on one card/monitor and other windows, i.e., Radio Stack, GPS, etc. on the second card/monitor.Another programs is called WideFS and is used with FSUIPC to run stand-alone flight sim programs, such as, NAV3.1, etc. on a second computer.
