I currently have a 2.2 P4. I upgraded my motherboard recently to support the new 533mhz fsb (which my current CPU does not take advantage of) I was going to get the P4 2.5, but then figured it wouldn't be much of an upgrade. At least not worth the money. I decided to wait for the next release from Intel but wondered if it will be a 2.7 or 2.8 or higher? They seam to release new CPU's every 3 -4 months so Im guessing Aug 02 would be possible maybe sooner. Anyone have any inside info on this? Im getting impatient, I need my upgrade fix!Rob

In the meantime, you can start building that lead lined room to keep the high radiation levels coming from your computer from poisoning the rest of your family with radiation poison. Or just don't put any part of your body near your computer that you don't want Microwaved!!:-lol
