OK, I think I've narrowed my choices down to a 1.2ghz Duron OEM to replace my 700mhz Athlon. Anyone have any experiences with this? 1.2ghz is the most I can go with my current motherboard I guess. I'm not sure about a TBird cause I've heard they run hot.Thanks for any help,Todd

Todd,Thunderbirds don't run all that hot. If you get a decent heatsink/fan combo, you'll be fine. A T'bird isn't that much more expensive than a Duron, it comes with more cache and would be better bang for your buck :)
