Glitch in the Matrix (FS2002)

Hey guys:Picked up a weird problem that I have been trouble shooting since this morning.I did my bi-monthly blowing dust out of my PC's this morning, and when I plugged my FS2002 machine the CPU fan made a horrible noise, RPM's dropped to about 2000. So I shut it off, and restarted and no terrible noise this time but the CPU RPM's where about 4000 and climbing slowly. So I let it run for about 15 minutes and the RPM came back up to 5700-5800 where it usually is.I then thought I would do a flight. Everything started fine, but I have picked up this little glitch. Framerates will stay steady at about 12-17 on the ground and 25-30 in the air, but I have a second or so iof 1.5 to 2 on the frame rates, and this seems to happen about every 20 seconds. I have defragged, and tried different aircraft, panels etc... Same thing.
