September 25, 200223 yr I downloaded this (it only appears to be a beta version available) from http://www.cloudmark.com/It works fine, adding some additional buttons to the tool bar and diverting spam e-mail to a folder. However, after 5-6 hours, and various successful spam intercepts, it disappears from the toolbar and appears not to work. Re-running the installer identifies it to be still installed (offers the "uninstall" option). If I uninstall it, I can then re-install it, and it works OK for the next 5-6 hours then it's gone again. However, if I re-boot, I can restore the add-in (without re-installing), but once again it only appears to last the limited time. The service is advertised as free ( the benefit to the supplier is that each time a SpamNet client detects a new source of spam, it updates a central database). So I can't see why a "limited time use" would be applicable. Thanks for any info, and sorry for the off-topic.Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
