Just got a new MSI Geforce4 MX440! I am having the following FS2002 problems! No Reflections, Menu does not open in full screen and I can't use the Dream Fleet FMC in full screen. I am using Nvidia drivers 3.1.0.0 and I just tried 4.0.4.1 but FS2002 just crashes when booting with 4.0.4.1.My PCVid Card = MSI G4MX440-TCPU = XP1800+Mainboard = MSI K7T Turbo Limited Edition ( latest Bios )512 ram60GB Samsong HDFlight sim is running with every thing MAXED out! Getting around 35 to 40fps. So everything runs nice! Its just these 3 problems I want fixed!Any Ideas??Thanks!!!Pete

You didn't indicate which OS you were using, i.e., Win98, WinXP. I would recommend you go to http://www.guru3d.com/ and download the help files for installing/uninstalling graphics drivers, plus the appropiate driver for your graphics card. The MX cards do not provide the best in reflections. If you are using WinXP and installed SP1, you need to search the posts in this and the main fs forum for assistance in setting up Anti-Aliasing.

The GF4 MX Series don't support Reflections so you''ll never get them whichever drivers you use, the only way round is to get a new graphics cardCheers,Ben.([email protected])

Indeed. The GF4 MX series of cards are based on GF2 technology. Kind of a tricky marketing campaign by nVidia. I recommend returning the card and getting yourself either a GF3 Ti200, GF3 Ti500, or a GF4 Ti4200, whichever you can afford. All three of these cards are fully DirectX 8.0 compatable.Ryan-Flightpro08 :-cool VATSIM Pilot/ControllerZLA ARTCC Senior Controller (C-3)SAN TRACON Lead [link:www.taxiwaysigns.com|Taxiwaysigns.com] Scenery Designer-----------------------------My "Home Made" System Specs:Intel Pentium 4 2.2GHz ProcessorTurbo Gamer ATX Mid-Tower with 420W Power SupplyEPoX 4G4A Motherboard with Intel 845G ChipsetVisiontek XTASY GeForce4 128MB Ti4600 (Det 30.30 Drivers)512MB PC2100 DDR RAM40GB Matrox 7200RPM Hard DriveWindows XP Home Edition SP1*No CPU or GPU Overclocking*3dMark2001SE Score: 11298-----------------------------Click [link:ftp.avsim.com/library/esearch.php?DLID=&Name=&FileName=&Author=Ryan+Fretwell&CatID=Root]Here to Download my New American Eagle POSKY CRJ-200!
